John Howard is one of the UK’s most experienced property developer, trader and investor, with more than 40 years at the forefront of the property industry.
Over the course of his career he has bought, sold and developed thousands of properties across the UK, building an extraordinary depth of experience in the real world of property.
One of his standout projects was a £26 million development delivering 150 apartments on the Ipswich Waterfront. Continuing his investment in the area, John also acquired The Mill in Ipswich, where he is overseeing the recladding of 215 apartments and the completion of a further 80 new homes.
Today John shares his knowledge through five books, masterclasses, consultancy and mentoring, helping both new and experienced investors sharpen their thinking and grow successful portfolios.
