Where the Property Industry Connects

Bringing together investors, developers and property professionals to share knowledge, opportunities and connections.

Connecting the Property Community

  • Connect with Property is a welcoming networking platform designed to bring together people from across the property industry.

Our aim is simple, to create spaces where investors, developers, property professionals and trades can meet, share knowledge, exchange ideas and build meaningful professional relationships.

Property is a collaborative industry, and some of the best opportunities come from conversations, connections and shared experience.

Through regular networking events, discussions and future industry gatherings, Connect with Property aims to build a supportive and knowledgeable community where people can learn, grow and succeed together.

Whether you are actively investing, developing, sourcing opportunities or supporting projects within the industry, this is a place where the right people can connect.

  • The Newmarket Property Meet takes place on the first Tuesday of every month at the Quy Hotel, Cambridge.

Each evening brings together a diverse mix of property investors, developers, planners, designers, brokers, trades and other professionals working across the industry.

Hosted by four experienced property professionals, the evening provides an opportunity to:

    • Expand your property network

    • Share experiences and knowledge

    • Discuss deals and opportunities

    • Learn from others working in the sector

Whether you are experienced in property or just beginning your journey, you will find a friendly and supportive room.

Meet the Team

  • Cat Quy

With more than 20 years’ experience in local government planning, Catherine has seen first-hand how complex and overwhelming the planning system can be.

She founded CQC Consultancy to bridge that gap, helping homeowners, investors and developers understand what is being asked of them, why applications stall, and how to move forward with clarity.

Known for her calm and practical approach, Catherine focuses on turning uncertainty into clear, actionable next steps.

  • Donna Walker

Donna is a property investor based in Ipswich with a long-standing connection to property. She bought her first home at 19 and became a landlord at 24.

After raising a family, she has returned to active investing, building a buy-to-let portfolio across East Anglia.

Donna brings lived experience, openness and a genuine belief that it is never too late to take control of your financial future.

  • Liz Clark

Based in King’s Lynn, Liz runs a property deal packaging and project management business focused on structured solutions rather than simple sourcing.

She works with homeowners and landlords facing complex situations, creating practical and ethical outcomes while packaging strong opportunities for investors.

With an engineering background and hands-on experience in serviced accommodation and her own portfolio, Liz brings a process-driven, detail-focused approach grounded in numbers, risk and delivery.

  • Sam Mosse

Sam is a property investor and interior designer based in Framlingham, working across East Anglia.

With a background in commercial interior design, she combines creative thinking with investment strategy to unlock spatial and value opportunities others often overlook.

Her design-led approach helps maximise both appeal and return, supporting investors to deliver well-considered, high-quality projects..
