Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for, and attendance at, events organised by CDLS.Connect.Develop.Learn.Succeed. Ltd (“the Organiser”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold for the specific event stated at the time of purchase.
A legally binding contract is formed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided at the time of booking are accurate.
3. Pricing
All ticket prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time, but this will not affect tickets already purchased.
4. Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable.
In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or period of performance.
Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once purchased.
5. Transfers
Tickets may not be transferred without prior written consent from the Organiser.
We reserve the right to refuse entry where transfer arrangements have not been approved in advance.
6. Event Changes
We reserve the right to change event dates, venue, speakers or format where reasonably necessary.
If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If an event is cancelled by the Organiser, a refund of the ticket price paid will be offered. Our liability will be limited to the ticket price only.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe or unlawful.
No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by attendees.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business or opportunity.
Our total liability in respect of any claim arising from an event shall not exceed the ticket price paid.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All event content, materials, presentations and branding remain the intellectual property of CDLS.Connect.Develop.Learn.Succeed. Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be recorded, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
